By accessing Spylead, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Our core commitment: Spylead never sells your personal data to third parties, never requests your social media passwords, and never uses your information for any purpose beyond delivering the service you purchased.

  • IP address and approximate geolocation — for fraud prevention and security.
  • Browser type, device type and operating system — for compatibility and analytics.
  • Pages visited and session duration — through anonymised analytics tools.

Information we never collect

We never collect: social media passwords, two-factor authentication codes, private messages, account security questions, credit card numbers (handled exclusively by Stripe — see Section 5), government identification documents, or any biometric data.

Payment Processing

All payments on Spylead are processed by Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA). Spylead never stores, processes or transmits your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. These are entered directly into Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified environment.

Your payment data is protected by Stripe's infrastructure. Spylead only receives a transaction confirmation token and your email address. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.

For purchases, Stripe may collect and process billing name, card details, billing address and IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Spylead uses the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for basic site functionality (session management, shopping cart state). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — anonymised data on page views, traffic sources and user behaviour. Used to improve the platform. You may opt out via your browser settings.
  • Preference cookies — remember your settings and preferences across sessions.

Spylead does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels from ad networks, or cross-site tracking technologies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or by contacting us. Note that disabling necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Order recordsRetained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
Email addressRetained while your order history is active. Deleted upon verified request.
Profile URLsRetained for 90 days after order completion for refill guarantee processing, then deleted.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 12.

We will respond to all verified data requests within 30 days. Identity verification may be required before processing sensitive requests.

Spylead implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data:

  • TLS/SSL encryption on all data transmitted to and from our platform.
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
  • Regular security assessments of our infrastructure and third-party integrations.
  • Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for all payment data.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and relevant supervisory authorities as required by law within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Minors

Spylead's services are intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 12.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spylead website at https://www.spylead.com, the Spylead application at https://app.spylead.io, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Spylead and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other users of the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on April 20, 2026. We recommend you review them periodically. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

Spylead is an online marketplace that provides social media engagement services, including but not limited to:

  • Instagram followers, views and likes
  • TikTok followers, views and likes
  • YouTube subscribers, views and likes
  • LinkedIn connections, followers, company page followers, endorsements and group members
  • LinkedIn ID-verified accounts
  • Twitter/X followers and accounts

All engagement delivered by Spylead comes from real, active profiles. Spylead does not guarantee any specific business outcome, monetisation result, or algorithmic effect from the purchase of its services. Results may vary based on account history, content quality and platform algorithm changes.

Important: Spylead's services are designed to supplement your content strategy, not replace it. Social media platforms' terms of service vary and may change at any time. While Spylead maintains a 0% ban rate across all historical orders, we cannot guarantee that future platform policy changes will not affect this record.
Section 03

Eligibility

To use Spylead's services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where purchasing such services is prohibited.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Spylead reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

Section 04

Orders & Delivery

Order placement

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed by Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Spylead begins processing orders automatically upon payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines

Delivery begins within minutes of order confirmation for most services. Full completion timelines vary by service and package size. Typical timelines are displayed on each service page. Spylead does not guarantee exact delivery dates but commits to beginning delivery within the timeframe specified on each product page.

Set Speed

Where available, the Set Speed feature allows you to customise delivery pace. Spylead will make reasonable efforts to honour your speed preferences, but cannot guarantee exact daily delivery quantities as these depend on third-party fulfilment conditions.

Account must be public

The social media profile or content receiving delivery must be publicly accessible at the time of order and throughout the delivery period. Orders to private accounts cannot be fulfilled. No refund is available if delivery fails due to a private or restricted account setting.

Do not change your username or profile visibility during delivery. Doing so may interrupt or permanently halt fulfilment. Spylead is not liable for incomplete delivery caused by account setting changes made after order placement.
Section 05

Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any local taxes or import duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. The price shown at checkout is the total amount charged.

Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise Stripe to charge the total amount shown. Spylead does not store payment card information on its own servers.

All sales are final at the moment of payment. Spylead reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Currency and exchange rates

If your bank or card issuer charges a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion fee, this is a matter between you and your financial institution. Spylead is not responsible for such charges.

Section 06

Refund & Refill Policy

General refund policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Spylead does not offer cash refunds once delivery has commenced. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refill guarantee

If your engagement count drops below the delivered quantity within 30 days of completed delivery (or for the duration specified on the product page), Spylead will provide a free refill at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The drop was not caused by account setting changes (e.g. switching to private, changing username, deleting content).
  • The drop was not caused by a mass social media platform purge or bot cleanup that affects industry-wide accounts.
  • The refill request is submitted within the guarantee window via Telegram support.
  • The original order was for a service that includes the refill guarantee (displayed on the product page).

YouTube VIP lifetime guarantee

YouTube VIP Views carry a lifetime drop guarantee. If view counts drop at any time after delivery, Spylead will restore them free of charge. This guarantee is voided if the video is deleted, made private, or the channel is terminated.

Exceptions — when refunds may apply

A full or partial refund may be issued solely at Spylead's discretion if:

  • Delivery has not commenced within 72 hours of confirmed payment due to a Spylead system failure.
  • The service ordered is discontinued prior to delivery commencement.

To request a refund in these circumstances, contact support via Telegram within 14 days of the order date.

Section 07

No Password Policy

Spylead never requests your social media account password, two-factor authentication code, recovery email, backup phone number, or any other account security credential.

Our services operate exclusively using publicly available profile URLs and @handles. If any person, website, or communication claiming to be Spylead requests your login credentials, it is a fraudulent impersonation and you should report it to us immediately via Telegram.

Warning: Never share your social media password with any third party, including anyone claiming to represent Spylead. Spylead bears no responsibility for account compromises resulting from credential sharing with unauthorised parties.
Section 08

Platform Compliance & Account Risk

Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter/X each maintain their own Terms of Service. While Spylead delivers engagement from real accounts and maintains a 0% ban rate across all historical orders, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Platform terms of service can change at any time without notice.
  • Purchasing third-party engagement services may be restricted or prohibited under certain platform policies.
  • You assume full responsibility for ensuring your use of Spylead complies with the terms of any platform on which you use our services.
  • Spylead is not liable for any account suspension, restriction, demotion, or termination imposed by a social media platform, regardless of cause.

Spylead makes no warranty that its services will not result in any platform action against your account. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

Section 09

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Spylead's Platform or services for any of the following purposes:

  • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable local, national or international law.
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, defamation or infringement of any third party's rights.
  • Purchasing engagement for accounts you do not own or for which you do not have explicit authorisation.
  • Fraud, money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any deceptive commercial practice.
  • Reselling Spylead services to end users without written authorisation (white-label arrangements require a separate agreement).
  • Introducing malware, viruses or any harmful code into the Platform.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically extract data from our Platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse refill guarantees or promotional offers.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of any refill guarantees, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Section 10

Disclaimer of Warranties

Spylead's Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Spylead does not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
  • Any specific business result, revenue, following growth, or virality will be achieved.
  • Delivered engagement will improve algorithmic performance, search rankings, or recommendation rates.
  • The Platform will remain compatible with any specific device, browser, or operating system.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spylead, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
  • Damages arising from platform actions including account suspension, restriction, demotion or termination by any social media platform.
  • Damages resulting from your reliance on the Platform, its content, or any service outcomes.
  • Damages from unauthorised access to your data through no fault of Spylead.

In any event, Spylead's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Spylead in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All content on the Spylead Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Spylead or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purchasing purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission.
  • Use Spylead's name, logo or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or that implies endorsement without prior written consent.
  • Use any automated tools to extract, scrape or collect data from the Platform.
Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation via our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any competent court.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, after which such claim is permanently barred.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

Changes to These Terms

Spylead reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice via our website and email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before they take effect.
